After four years of work across the European textile value chain, the CISUTAC project has released its final results, presented on 22 and 23 September at the ECOSYSTEX Conference in Antwerp: a set of tested technologies, open data, consumer research and policy recommendations designed to help the textile and clothing sector move from a linear, waste-generating model to a genuinely circular one.  

With 17 R&I EU-funded member projects focusing on textile sustainability, ECOSYSTEX– European Community of Practice for a Sustainable Textile Ecosystem has been formally launched in early 2023, with a mission to accelerate collaboration in the textile sustainability and circularity field.

Launched today, the new Horizon Europe project CISUTAC will support the transition to a circular and sustainable textile sector.
