The Lenzing Group is an international company with the headquarters in Austria that produces high-quality fibers from the renewable raw material wood with environmentally friendly and innovative technologies. As Lenzing and Södra are working on a joint project for textile recycling both companies will strongly interact with the other partners to include this process in a holistic textile circular economy (design for circularity, raw material specification,...). Lenzing will also provide fibers for activities of other partners (e.g. mechanical recycling) and discuss the applications with them. Furthermore it is possible to test some materials from the project in the Lenzing laboratories (e.g. pulp, fiber & textile characterization).
