Textile ETP
The European Technology Platform for the Future of Textiles and Clothing (Textile ETP) is the largest European Community of Textile Research & Innovation Professionals in Europe. Textile ETP brings together strategic research and innovation partnerships and thematic learning communities across Europe. It acts as a think tank and advocate for textile innovation, and facilitates access to EU funding opportunities. Brussels-based, the Textile ETP was launched as an industry-led initiative in 2004 and became a non-profit organisation in 2013.
In the CISUTAC consortium, the Textile ETP is:
responsible for ECOSYSTEX, a community of EU projects related to textile circularity which amplifies each other research and results, and for developing it into a lasting European Community of Practice for innovation in textile circularity and sustainability;
leading the dissemination & communications activities of CISUTAC, including creating the visual identity, managing the website, newsletter and social media, and organising CISUTAC large-scale final event;
as CISUTAC Quality Manager, ensuring the timely implementation of tasks, and the high quality of all deliverables.
